Music Festival Poster

Finished this today after 35+ hours over the course of two and a half days. I'm satisfied with the way it turned out, but I think I gave myself retina burn. Now onto the next project.

Here's the latest Boise Weekly illustration. The story deals with Ada County Commissioners.

One brand new, one fairly recent

Here's the poster logo for a classic car show here in Moscow. I finished it about 20 minutes ago after an unreasonable number of hours, but I'm satisfied with the way it turned out. The other is a piece from a series I call "Untimely Demises". By the by, Happy Friday.

Old Drawings

I found these while I was looking through an old stack of papers buried under a table in my studio. They're both from last year. Not for any particular project. Just for fun. In retrospect, the woman with the tattoo looks kind of cross-eyed.

New Boise Weekly Illustration

Here's the latest illustration for the Boise Weekly. It's bizarre, but I think it has a wacky charm. The article to which it corresponds is about the over use of Papyrus font.

Evil Head

Hello again,
These are a few pages from a new graphic novel I'm working on. It's the timeless classic of a man whose anger and bitterness well up inside of him until he finally grows a second, evil head. It's still in its infancy, but I'm still excited about the idea, which is rare for me. The whole thing will be in ballpoint pen on unremarkable paper. This allows me to not take it quite so seriously, which is also a rarity for a control junkie like myself.

A few more...

Other Commercial Work

Here are a few other illustrations I've done in the past couple of years, mostly for magazines, with some newspaper work.
